About Chloe & Sovereign Self-Study
A Master's in Counselling Psychology. Training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Brainspotting. And years of doing my own deep inner work before ever sitting across from a client.
That last part matters most to me.
Before I stepped into the therapy room, I made a deliberate choice: to understand my own system first. To balance my own inner world — the feminine and the masculine, the tender and the fierce — so that I could hold space for yours. The freedom I kept feeling after each session of my own therapy? There are no words for it. And I want that for you.
My approach is simple, but it isn't easy.
Every person who comes to me is their own individual. Yes, there are differences between people — in how we process emotions, how our nervous systems respond, how we've learned to survive. But within every category, there is you — singular, specific, and worthy of being understood on your own terms.
My work isn't about labelling or fixing. It's about asking: Where did this come from? What did it need? And what does it need now?
Through conversation, curiosity, and evidence-based approaches including IFS and Brainspotting, we work to shift something within — gently, honestly, and at your pace — toward a new perspective. One with more kindness. More compassion. More freedom.
What working with me gives you, over time:
- The ability to understand your emotions rather than be controlled by them
- A shift from reaction to reflection — from heated to grounded
- More appreciation for yourself, exactly as you are
- The tools to keep growing in and out of our sessions
There is no magic wand. There is no shortcut. But there is a path — and you don't have to walk it alone.
You deserve to live presently in what can be a truly glorious life. To create your own little heaven on earth. I genuinely believe that — and I'll be here when you're ready.
